Non-perishable food items
The following are high need items:
- canned fruit, including applesauce
- canned vegetables
- shelf-stable milk (e.g. powdered skim milk, oat milk in tetra packs)
- canned meat (e.g. tuna, ham, chicken)
- side dishes (e.g. side kicks, Hamburger/Tuna Helper, rice dishes)
- fruit juice (e.g. bottled or juice boxes)
- school snacks (e.g. single-serve apple sauce or fruit, granola bars, Goldfish crackers, Bear Paws, etc)
- canned pasta (e.g. Chef Boyardee, Alpha-Getti, etc)
- baking mixes (e.g. muffin mix)
The following items are also always useful:
- cold and hot cereals
- crackers and cookies
- peanut butter and jam
- pasta and pasta sauce
- Kraft Dinner
- soups (condensed and larger ready-to-eat cans)
- snacks (e.g. cookies, nutrigrain bars, pudding, etc)
- rice
- instant coffee, tea
- condiments (e.g. ketchup, mayo, BBQ sauce, mustard, etc)
Personal care/household items
- toilet paper
- liquid dish soap
- laundry detergent
- toothpaste
- soap/body wash
- paper towels
