Monthly Assistance

Individuals and families in need of assistance can receive prepared orders of non-perishable food and personal care items once per month, on Saturday mornings at 10:00am. 

How to receive assistance:

To receive assistance, please leave a message at 613-292-7033, by Thursday evening, in advance of Saturday pick up. A volunteer will contact you to confirm that you are registered for Saturday. Clients are eligible to receive assistance once per month. 

Where to pick up:

Saturday mornings around 10:00am. Your pick-up time will be confirmed with you in advance.

Side door at St. Paul’s United Church (take path to the left of the entrance), 3452 McBean Street, Richmond, Ontario.

First-time clients:

First-time clients will be asked to provide identification to show that they live in the area for which we provide assistance. This can be in the form of a driver’s licence, or a bill with their name and address. A client information form will be completed at the time of pick-up. 

Hampers

We offer three hampers each year, in the Spring, Fall and Winter. Clients must register in advance if they wish to receive one.

To register for a hamper, please leave a message at 613-292-7033. You will receive a call back to confirm your pick-up time.
